Booking that works while you work
Bookings without interrupting the work.
Livestream production needs a run of show, venue connectivity and sound and camera setup time before the live start.
A booking request is a starting point, not a promise that every request for livestream producer work can be confirmed without discussion. If the work needs a first conversation, assessment or quote, make that step clear instead of implying a time slot settles the scope of the work.
The working situation
A clearer way to start a booking.
Make the service and next available time clear while you focus on the work in front of you.
Book livestream setup well ahead of the broadcast and confirm that the producer can test the venue connection and speakers.
If you need more information, follow up before committing to the full work. For a simpler service, the request still gives you a clear contact and proposed time to work from.
