Appointment statuses explained
Use statuses to keep your day, reminders, payments, and records clear.
Quick answer
- Upcoming means the appointment is scheduled and still due to happen.
- Completed means the work has been done.
- Paid means you have recorded that payment has been received. It does not replace proper accounting checks.
- Cancelled means the appointment is no longer going ahead.
