Recurring Service Reminder Checklist
Use this checklist to turn repeat services into clear reminder prompts, booking actions, and reviewable follow up.
1. Define the repeat cycle
- Record the last completed service date.
- Choose the normal interval for this client or service.
- Note whether the next visit depends on condition, season, property, pet, treatment, or usage.
- Set the first reminder before the preferred booking window closes.
2. Write the reminder
- Name the service clearly.
- Explain why the client is hearing from you now.
- Offer one clear action: book, reply, choose a window, or delay the reminder.
- Keep promotional copy out of service reminders unless consent and preferences allow it.
3. Check booking and route fit
- Make sure the booking link uses the right service length.
- Check the client address, area, parking, access, or preparation notes.
- Group clients by area where repeat reminders can protect travel time.
- Close the reminder once the client books or asks to delay.
Monthly review
- Which reminder timings led to bookings?
- Which messages created manual replies?
- Which services need earlier notice?
- Which clients should be paused, changed, or removed from a recurring rhythm?
