Booking qualification
- Can the form separate repairs, EICRs, inspections, installations, and emergencies?
- Can customers describe the issue before choosing or requesting a slot?
- Can photos or extra notes be attached when they would help diagnosis?
- Can unclear work stay as a request until you confirm it manually?
Address and route fit
- Can postcode be checked before the final booking promise?
- Can the app store full address, parking, tenant access, and key notes?
- Can appointment length and travel pressure be reviewed together?
- Can edge-area or urgent jobs use a different confirmation flow?
Working job record
- Does the booking become a job record rather than a loose form email?
- Can certificate, inspection, quote, or follow-up notes stay attached?
- Can reminders include preparation, access, and arrival information?
- Can invoice, payment, callout fee, or deposit status stay linked to the job?
Final decision
- Test one simple repair, one urgent fault, one EICR, and one quote-first installation.
- Count how many times you still need WhatsApp, screenshots, spreadsheets, or manual copying.
- Choose the app that gives you the clearest job record with the least extra admin.
